The Notary know how project
Notary Know How
Website Migration & Educational Platform Redesign
The Challenge
Notary Know How was operating on Kajabi, an all-in-one platform with a monthly subscription that exceeded the organization's long-term needs. While it provided course hosting, the platform limited flexibility and came with ongoing costs that no longer aligned with the business's goals.
The objective was to migrate the website to Squarespace while preserving access to educational content and expanding the platform beyond online courses into a comprehensive resource hub for notaries.
Objectives
Reduce ongoing software costs
Migrate the website from Kajabi to Squarespace
Preserve access to existing educational content
Improve the overall user experience
Expand the platform to support additional business services
Build a scalable foundation for future growth
My Approach
I led the migration of the website from Kajabi to Squarespace, restructuring the site's architecture to better support the organization's evolving needs.
Rather than simply recreating the previous website, I reimagined it as a centralized resource for notary professionals. I expanded the platform to include mentoring appointment scheduling, affiliate resource pages, educational materials, and a more intuitive navigation structure that made information easier to find and the site easier to manage.
The redesign focused on creating a flexible, scalable platform that could grow alongside the organization while significantly reducing operating costs.
