The Challenge
Get2theRoots offered a wide range of holistic wellness services, including AO Scan technology, nutritional products, genetic testing, educational resources, and personal consultations. While the business had valuable offerings, its online presence did not clearly communicate the breadth of its services or provide an intuitive path for visitors to learn, book appointments, or engage with the business.
The goal was to create a professional digital experience that reflected the client's expertise while making it easier for visitors to understand available services and take action.

My Approach
I partnered closely with the client to redesign the business's digital presence from the ground up.
Working collaboratively, we refined the visual identity by developing a cohesive color palette, typography system, and overall brand aesthetic that aligned with the client's mission of whole-body wellness.
The website was strategically organized to present numerous wellness services in a clear, intuitive structure. Dedicated pages were created for consultations, AO Scan services, ROOT wellness products, Lifewave, Earthley, educational resources, genetic testing, and client forms, allowing visitors to easily navigate the information most relevant to their needs.
To support business growth, I integrated appointment scheduling, consultation request workflows, email list building, payment processing, downloadable resources, and clear calls to action throughout the website.
Beyond the website itself, I optimized on-page SEO, created supporting marketing graphics, developed QR codes for promotional materials, and produced client training resources to ensure the client could confidently manage the website after launch.

Design Thinking
The greatest challenge wasn't designing a beautiful website. It was simplifying a business with many interconnected services into an experience that felt clear, approachable, and easy to navigate.
Every design decision focused on reducing cognitive overload. Information was grouped into logical categories, navigation was simplified, and each page guided visitors toward a clear next step, whether learning more about a service, scheduling a consultation, or joining the email community.
The result was a digital experience that balanced education, trust, and usability while providing the client with a flexible platform that could continue to grow alongside her business.
